Introduction

Hi,

My name is Dave Van den Eynde and I'm working on some projects again. When stuff gets working I'll post it here.

I'm from Belgium and I'm a professional software developer working for my own company for nearly 10 years now. My experience is mainly with development for desktop operating systems, although I'm also busy with (embedded) linux, Windows CE and industrial applications.

My favorite microcontroller platform is the Atmel AVR, mainly due to the incredibly cheap development systems and readily available documentation and support from the community. I'm also a big fan of the Fox Board sold by Acme Systems. I know my way around digital circuits, but my analog circuit knowledge is severely lacking. But we learn every day.

Apart from electronics, I'm also into photography and electronic music.

Projects that I'm working on

  • Super secret wearable computer thingy (sorry can't discuss more)
  • LCD/Encoder backpack for Fox Board
